EIT or Academic Assessment results (SINP)

I have a master in mechanical engineering and I have 4 years work experience in the same field. I did ECA for my master degree from IQAS . My aim is to apply to SINP as Intentional work experience. one requirement of regulated occupation in Saskatchewan is to provide EIT or academic assessment result letter from your side.

My questions are as the following:

1) If I need the academic assessment result, do I need to do it for my master only? or both master and Bachelor?

2) which one is easier and faster ; EIT or academic assessment results letter??

Academic Assessment is from WES and EIT will be from APEGS. I think WES is faster as compared to APEGS.
