EI Paternal Benefit

Hi

I am on EI paternal benefit and now it is going to exhaust soon.
I came to my home country India with my child and with the permission of EI team.
But now I am stuck here because the visa is getting delayed for my minor .

Do I need to inform EI team about my situation?

So your child is Canadian? You would have let them know when you left the country so not sure why now.
