Effects of Upcoming Immigration laws

Dear forum members, i want to inquire about the possible effect (removal or not) of the below mentioned occupation from the upcoming 38 list of job.

The new rules are not 100% clear yet but I am sure everything will be clarified when the list comes out. The way it looks right now, if your occupation is not on the list, then you can not apply as a skilled worker. Instead you will have to get a job offer, come in on a temporary work permit and get your permanent residency through a provincial nominee program or canadian experience class. If it stays on the list, you can apply as a skilled worker but you may or may not need a job offer anyway.
