I received the job offer in April 2021 and employer has set my joining date in November 2021. He clearly mentioned that this joining date is mainly due to work permit processing delays however my employment shall immediately start once I get my work permit. In my work permit application, I have also set November as starting date for my employment.
My question is that does IRCC process application priority based on expected date of joining? Even set November, my employer keeps emailing me to know the status of my WP.
My job is LMIA exempt and eligible to process in 2 weeksunder GSS. I have already completed biometric in april and then medical in May. Waiting since then
