My wife is ECFMG Certified professional and now we have interview for canadian immigration. I was researching and found the following. Wondering if this is true and she is eligible for exemption?

- USMLE Steps 1, 2 and 3. Step 2 Clinical Skills (CS) is required if Step 2 was taken after June 12, 2004.
- ECFMG certification plus USMLE Step 3. Applies to international medical school graduates who passed USMLE Step 2 Clinical Skills Assessment (CSA) between July 1, 1998 to June 14, 2004."
