EEBC Question!

Hi everyone,
I had a hard time understanding how EEBC works.
Currently I have one year experience that could be counted under regular PNP but not meet EE's request, can I still go with EEBC? or I have to go with regular PNP then apply federal EE by myself later if I want????
Or, PNP officer will looks into my application and decide if I could go with EEBC for me???

You are very confused and should try better to understand how the BCPNP system works.
You can apply to the PNP either as an Express Entry candidate or without Express Entry. You can only have one profile and if you apply without Express Entry you cannot apply those 600 to your Express Entry profile. The point cut off for PNP ITAs is generally 10 points or so higher than without Express Entry.
