Dear Members,
I am getting my bits and pieces together to apply for FSW EE. My question is a bit complicated. I am living in one of middle east countries since i was 9. I was originally stateless as I was born outside of my home country. When i came to where i am now (my home country), i wasnt given a citizen status straight away. Instead, they gave me a travel document (renewable every year) with an ID number until a decision is made on my citizenship, and based on this document I was able to stay legally here, study medicine, and work as a doctor.
My mother being from another country, was able to pass me her citizenship this year, so i got her countries passport in feb 2016, and never used it yet.
When I apply under FSW EE, I will show them both, my new passport and my old travel document ( each from a different country). Is it ok that i do my police cert, ECA, etc on the travel document which is still valid and represents the country where i have been and continue to live in since i was a child, and at the same time request my visa to be stamped on my new citizenship passport as its valid for much longer even though i never lived in that country.
