Need some advice. I'm on an H1B visa in the US and I changed jobs in Feb 2016 from Company A to Company B.
My last day of work in Company A was Friday, Feb 5, 2016, and my first day of work in Company B was Monday, Feb 8, 2016.
Now my H1B transfer was approved by USCIS on Jan 21st, 2016, so Company A states they can only issue an experience letter with my last date as Jan 21st, 2016 even though I worked there till Feb. My current company has issued a letter stating that I joined on Feb 8th, 2016, but have an H1B transfer date effective Jan 21st, 2016.
Now both the Personal Activities and Work History sections have dates in the month range without having to specify the exact dates. Would it suffice to use Company A's date till Jan 2016 and Company B's from Feb 2016 onwards?
