EE under CEC documents list problem... PLEASE HELP....

1st question:

They require:

Letter of Employment (required)

Offer of Employment (required)


I have the Employment letter from my boss, it shows job title, all the duties, salaries stuff, but do I need to get that offer of employment? I have been working in the same company for 2 years, I feel there is no point to get an offer from the same company I been working for 2 years..... Can I just upload the same Employment letter to the offer of employment as well?



Question 2:
when I fill up forms my job title is 1225 purchasing officer, however in the doc uploading page, the employment records section has "Office Supervisor" specifically written... what is that problem... ???can I Still use 1225 purchasing officer (thats my real job).

We have same problem under CEC and wondering if somebody can give as more info: they ask for letter of employment but my husband does't work at this time,he is waiting for restoration of status as a worker...so what we can do? And also they ask for his Canadian certificate of qualification+his certificate of qualification from his country and I'm wondering if this certificate from his country must have ECA or will be enough just a an translation ones he have same Canadian certificate of qualification..?
I will appreciate if somebody can give as some help with this matter ,our dead line to sent the application for PR is in 10 days .

First of all, do you job supported by LMO/LMIA

If you have answered in EE application " job offer yes" and if your job supported by LMO/LMIA you have to upload job offer letter recent dated even though you are working for same employer, you need to do it.

If I were you I would have been upload required documents whatever they ask me , whether you required or not I would do it. You not loosing anything if you do it.

2nd question, I guess doesn't matter purchasing officer or "Office Supervisor" its same just wording difference. I'm not 100% sure about that, get some more idea from experts.

yes it is a job with LMIA but the think is they ask for both of them Offer of employment and Letter of employment and if i understand well Letter of employment is for somebody who currently working but like i said my husband does't work in this very moment he send an application to restore his status as a worker....

You must be CEC applicant as you posted you query in this thread. If you didn't claim any points in EE under foreign education then you don't have to do ECA, if you claimed then you have to done ECA.

Upload both Canadian certificate of qualification+his certificate of qualification from his country.

I have done for myself both.

Has to be in English for sure, but my question was did you claim points under foreign education in EE application

No,i did't claim any points for foreign education that was weird for me when they ask for this certificate of qualification
