EE submitted, Can I try a job offer from Quebec Province in jobbank ?

guys , i submitted my EE 2016-03-03 ,created a jobbank account and I find more jobs 2151-2251-2253 in Quebec
do CIC allow this , is it against the EE agreement or i can just try in Quebec Province
