Recently I got my Caips notes and it was mentioned that there was an Express entry record found, just to clarify, long time ago I just created an ineligible EE profile and I paid WES fees, but I didn’t submit IELTS score, didn't get Educational credential Assessment results, didn't submit my job bank account, didn't submit EE profile at all, and at that time agent was handling those things, but I confirm that I didn't submit EE profile because the ECA was not completed.
Does this EE record affect my study permit application in any aspect? ??
