EE profile

Hello Folks,
I am in the process of getting divorced in my home country; I wanna create an EE profile but wondering what to write about my marital status.
1- If I create the profile now and write divorced; the certificate will be issued within 4-6 weeks from now considering that 60 days to upload my docs from getting ITA. Can I do so?
2- If I created the profile from outside Canada but I will return back to Canada during the processing of my application as I have TRV; Can I make the medical check in Canada or not?
3-Can I give my daughter PR later after getting my PR as divorced but without applying for my spouse?
4- proof of fund under CEC if currently iam not employed can I use my T4 22?

1. Yes, that should be fine provided you know your divorce is going to be finalized soon.
2. Yes.
3. Yes, provided your daughter completes a medical as part of your PR application and provided she is under 22 years old when you submit the application to sponsor her later.
4. If you are invited under CEC then you do not need to show proof of funds.

what about the police certificate? I mean I went now for a vacation to my home country for 3 months Do I need a new police certificate for both Canada and myhome country ?
