EE profile update but not submitted status??!!

Dear Members:
I have updated my passport details in my EE profile since I have renewed it. I have done it 12 hours back but the status of my profile is showing update but not submitted yet... Why is this happening?? Is it a matter of concern or a normal phenomenon?? Please clarify.. Thanks in Advance

That simply means you have not submitted the changes you have made... You gotta hit TRANSMIT

Thanks a lotttttttt.... it worked.... now the status is showing PROCESSING UPDATE.. Hopefully it will be submitted within a while... Thnx again
