EE profile shows ineligible

Hi Guys,

i was creating a new EE profile but it says EE profile ineligible.
I had a EE profile a year ago with NOC A which expired this year.So created with a new email.

And I am in Canada on OWP now working in
NOC C job,
Age 35,
IELTS : 7.5 band,
Spouse studied in canda and working here NOC B job.
ECA done for both

But when i filled in all info it said profile ineligible.Did any one face similar situation and can advise where i am doing it wrong.

Hi,
While selecting primary NOC, please make sure it is from NOC O, A or B only
