EE Profile PNP Question

My MPNP has been approved but it is not for express entry use, it got approved only for paper application.

Since the EE draw is really low right now and I am eligible for EE even without the PNP score points and after estimation my points are close to 460.

So while making EE profile, I got confusion with below question -----

What should I put answer to below question.
"Has 'my name' been given provincial nomination certificate ?" Ans - either YES or NO

I called CIC regarding this and the officer said to put NO, I am not sure if he understood my question but I did ask him, if I put NO there wouldn't it be misrepresentation of information since question is not saying if I have EE PNP or normal PNP, it just stating if I have PNP in general, he said, the misrepresentation would be case when I said YES and I can't provide them with EE PNP.

Can anybody suggest me anything ? I am open to any suggestions. Thank you

I'm afraid you cannot use the paper-based PNP for EE..
from CIC website..

If you are nominated under a non-Express Entry stream:

• you will have to apply through the paper-based process, and
• if the province or territory finds you eligible and nominates you, you will send an application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

I'd suggest you to continue your application through Paper-based eventhough it will take longer.

Hi Guys i have some questions regarding education documents to be loaded while applying for Express entry in CEC class


Following are the documents i am uploading in education section.

Education (diplomas/degrees) (required)

ECA from WES.

Indian Degrees: -
Bachelors of Science - I.T. from India
(1st- 6th Semester marksheets, Passing certificate, Convocation/Graduation Certificate)

Masters of Science – I.T. from India
(1st and 2nd Year marksheets, passing certificate, Convocation/Graduation certificate)


I have my ECA done for the above Indian degrees. Is it necessary to submit all my semester marksheets or only graduation certificate is fine.. Asking just in case submitting this many certificates would be too much in one pdf???


Canadian degrees: -
Fanshawe College- One year Canadian degree
(Convocation/Graduation certificate, Transcript)

Lawrence- One year Canadian degree
(Convocation/Graduation certificate, Transcript)


All the certificates including Indian and Canadian studies should be in one PDF file in the following order???
ECA
Indian Certificates
Canadian certificates
