EE Profile pending spouses' and mine ECA

Can I create my Express entry profile without updating for ECA for myself and my wife and update it later on when I get my ECA?

Yes you can but, your final eligibility or otherwise can't be determined until you update and fill all details required

My Score pending mine and my wife's ECA is around 301. It improves to 477 with my ECA only.

IS it worth it to create profile with a low score of 301.

Should I create it only after getting my ECA?

Please guide as I have still not created any profile as 301 is very low.
