EE profile - name in educational documents different than the passport.

Hello,

I have created an EE profile and got the ECA done from WES. However, my wife's name in the educational documents is different than the one in passport and WES has also noted this in a remark in the evaluation report.

Please suggest What can i do to avert any problems while submitting the documents for PR application.
