EE profile ineligible, is it because of my IELTS expiring?

I am 28 yo single, with ECA in August 2019 (two certificates), have worked 2 years overseas, 1 year studying full time in Canada public school, will bring 20k CAD, IETLS all 8.0 but they are going to expire in July 6, my profile becomes ineligible. May i know whether this is why? Thank you

Looking at your past posts, you received an ITA.

EE profiles are only valid for a year. If your IELTs expire on July 6 then your profile will be ineligible.
