Hello all!

I'm struggling to confirm, if I should list mu current employment as "Job offer".

I'm working as an ICT for almost 2 years now and technically I don't need a new job offer - should I list in anyway, or when asked by EE profile: Job offer = NO?

You can only say "Yes" to the question "do you have job offer?" when you have an LMIA supported job offer.

If I select "JOB OFFER = YES", it asks me later, if it's LMIA supported, so I was confused...

I should select "NO" then...

That's the confusing part. I would say pick "No" - I have selected No (and I think most of the forum members have also selected "No", if you go through old discussions). When you move to the section where you are asked about your job experience and dates of employment, you will have option there to select "This is my current job".

Yes, the other section is clear. I just updated my profile and point count stayed the same so no issues there.

Thanks!
