I'm hoping someone can help with this question:

My current company was recently acquired and I have no idea how to list it on my EE profile. As of right now I have it listed as "Company A/Company B (Company A was acquired by Company B on X/X/2015)"

Do you think this is okay? Or is there a better way to list it? I'm still in the same job and everything. The only difference is that i'm getting paid by a different company.

hey everybody ! i know this post is old but im in a similar type of situation . any suggestions?
 
let me start with this :
Previous name of my company was :Company A
new name with new owner now is 'Company A' group INC.

so basically , i have almost 1year and 8 months of experience with company A which was bought by the new owner and they just changed the name again from Company A to Company A group INC. , However,management and my position in the company remains same. its just that i have received the t4 for 2016 for 7 months from company A and obviously company A group INC will provide me with the rest of the months of 2016(4 months) T4 in Feburary . My question is how do i best describe it in my EE profile and in reference letter or in other documents ?

Thank you for your reply . However , the name is not the only change which was made, the ownership was changed , name was changed (management(managers, ceo supervisors etc) and my job title/position remained same , and i now have t4 from previous owner for 1.5 year and will be getting 0.5 year t4 from new owner . what are your thoughts on this ?
