I recently learned that you could get accused of misrepresentation from the very beginning of your EE profile creation.
I built my profile long ago and I wonder: At the "Express Entry Profile Builder" step, are there any questions regarding whether you have once work/study in Canada without proper authorization?
For instance, should you discover later (while completing your application for instance) that you once you studied/worked illegally and wanted to mention it to the immigration officer (and of course list it in your application), can you do so at the time of submitting your final application, or should you recreate an entire EE profile (hence forgo the ITA) ? (Assuming of course that the offense occurred prior to the creation of your EE profile, if it did not, then I don't see how it could be misrepresentation).
