EE points for siblings

I just applied to EE, but I noticed that I did not get any points for having a sibling who is a Canadian citizen. (same points with or without mentioning it)

Weren't we suppose to get some points for this from Jan, 2016? Or did I read this wrong?

This was a proposal by the newly elected government in the last Federal election campaign. Their proposal included l scope for additional CRS points for applicants who had Siblings in Canada.

However this policy has not been implemented. At the moment their heavy focus is on the intake of the remainder of the 25,000 Syrian refugees between now and February 29.

One can only guess but it seems like the 'points for Canadian Sibling' policy will not be implemented until after this work is completed.

I am planing to create my EE profile, i have a doubt about Adaptability points, my mother's (brother) is in Canada from last 17 years.
will i get additional 15 points if i provide his Citizenship proof,utilitybiils,bankstatment etc etc.???? Appreciate if somebody helps
