EE not eligible

Hi everyone,

I submitted my application yesterday and got msg saying not met, but did not indicate reason.
I found in the previous forum that we should say no for job offer if we do not have LMIA.

I have work for over a year with NOC 1311, CPA candidate getting experience, IELS 7.5 OVERALL, all above 6. anything should I be aware of expect for the job offer answer?
