EE last resort

Hi all,

I am lost and writing here as a last resort. Hoping that I can get a real advice and help here.

I'm in Canada for 4 years working at the restaurant for 3 and a half years. For 2 years on work permit as a server, and in the meanwhile I applied for Alberta nominee program. The restaurant I worked for was under an audit for 10 month and my work permit expired before I got an answer regarding the nomination for AB. I applied for a new work permit as a food service supervisor in April 2016 for 12 month, and in December 2016 I applied for new Alberta nominee program. I want to know if I'll get it before my work permit will expire.. or do I have any other options to get a PR and apply for Express Entry as I know that many of the rules for EE changed recently.

I would appreciate any help here.

It's hard to give you any real advice as we do not know your credentials.

Your education, English level, years of skilled work experience in Canada and outside Canada. Unless you state this we cannot say whether you have a real chance of obtaining PR via express entry. Have you calculated your potential CRS score?

Please disregard the message above as the poster does not know that Alberta nominee program is paper based - no 600 points for being nominated under such program.

Hi buddy,
I read an entry from you saying you had a problem with your expiring travel document after you received PPR. It was in 2015. Did CIC not accept your travel document? What happened?
I have a passport issue as well. I am shortly before my PPR now and I might have to get a travel document from my embassy as well. The document can be issued only for 1 month!
I need this information as soon as possible. Thank you in advance, and I hope this message finds you well. Best...

I just know under EDS of ainp, you need to wait around 11 months to get approval
