Posting on behalf of a friend who sent documents in response to ITA on Feb 20 to IRCC. In the application docket they submitted regular Australian PCC and today they got a rejection notice from IRCC stating that the Australian PCC(complete disclosure) is not acceptable. IRCC have directly rejected the application and have asked to create a new EE application altogether.
This is causing lot of problems to them as:
1. they will again have to wait for a new ITA and now the new application will loose 5 points when compared to the old application due to age.
2. they have a medical checkup scheduled tomorrow (with Old application number) which they cannot use anymore. Medical appointments are very limited and has a 3-4 month waiting time in Australia. If they loose tomorrow's appointment, they will have to schedule again in May/June.
Is there anyone here who had similar experience?
Is there a way to request IRCC to consider the existing application and we will send a new correct AUS PCC electronically ASAP.
Please any suggestions are highly appreciated.
