EE ITA cancelled incomplete. What the next step?

I have recently had my Express entry permanent residency application cancelled due to a missing document.

I now have a new Express entry profile. My provincial nomination runs out in May, and I have already applied for a extension the BC PNP. I have sent all my relevant documents to be added to my PNP case file including my updated English language test.

Will my provincial nomination be sent to my new express entry profile, once my updated documents have been processed by BC PNP?

Or do I have to I have to do something else in order to get the points I require to my EE profile.

You need to intimate them with your new EE profile number and ask that your nomination be transferred to the new profile.

BC PNP requested that I send reason for cancellation/letter of cancellation/ new profile number. Which I have done.

They responded with a automatic reply saying that processing times were affected by high volumes of requests at this time.

I thought this was the case, but wanted to check as it has been 4 weeks since I sent my documents to BC PNP. Without any guidance you feel you may not be following their process correctly.

I will keep the post updated to let people know how this works out.
