Hi
I have a quick question about the summary of points earned on ITA .
I read it somewhere that you are supposed to provide supporting documents for all the categories that you earned points for . correct?

other than that , no matter what information you provided on EE profile , if CIC didn't gave you any points there is no need for any supporting documents ? is this right .

Please let me know your thoughts on this or any URL stating this.

Thank you

It is an automated process, so if you get an ITA the system will ask you to upload supporting documents for whatever you had stated in your profile. For example, if you show 4 different job experiences, it will ask you to upload 4 reference letters. Same is with Education and in case if you have any relatives in Canada and you say Yes, It will ask you to upload their relationship documents as well.

So, coming back to your point - If you cannot get a reference letter from an employer, simply don't put that experience in work history before getting an ITA, you will get a chance to show that later when you get an ITA and you would have to fill out a massive online application.

Hope that answers your question.
