EE ineligible after ITA Application

Hi,
Please, I got ITA from saskatchewan (SINP) and have submitted my application on 20th November, 2018. But my ielts expired on 21/01/2019 and my IRCC EE profile has become ineligible and was removed from the pool, although I haven't heard from SINP. I have sat for another ielts n got 7.0 on 14/02/19. PLEASE WHAT SHOULD I DO?????

I am having similar problem. i have got invitation to submit documents on 1st November 2019 but my EE profile expire on 20th November 2019.
What should i do? My points are not affected by it. please anyone help me in this regards.
