EE in progress ,but been offered job to start asap or quicker

I'm about half way through express entry ,but been offered a job that will need me to start In a months time,
can I apply for a working visa while EE in progress ?
is there away of expediting the WV ?

Yes - yoiu can apply for a work permit while EE is on progress. There is no way to expedite a work permit. You will need to wait until the LMIA is approved before you can obtain the work permit. Depending on your circumstances it may be possible to obtain a work permit at the border.
