EE from within canada without spouse

Currently I am working in Canada on WP valid till 2019, my family is staying with me on dependent visa(valid till 2019). Now I am planning to apply for EE without spouse ( as my crs will be more~438). Can they still stay in canada with me even after I get my PR?

Hi,

I dont think you would succeed as your family is already in Canada with you. So you can not say the are non-accompanying when they have already accompanied you.

Just my opinion.
