EE family info mismatch previous work permit application.

Hey guys, I am preparing the documents for EE, but I just realized I put the wrong birth year for my father in the family information form (IMM 5645E) when I was applying my first work permit last year.

When I am filling my parents info in EE profile now, I put the correct year but I am wondering if the mismatch information negatively affect my application?

I am planning to write a LoE explaining this situation, would that be fine or do I need to do anything else?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks!

It's mistake, things like this can happen. I would attach a copy of his passport bio page in the LOE.

I am kind of scared when I see my signature in that family info form and it says I certify this is accurate and it will be used on future applications...

So what happened at the end ayaron, you found yourself in trouble? you got your PR already?
