Hello Everyone,
Is the 12 months experience required for CEC a strict requirement or can number of hours worked be used in place of months? I mean someone can have 1575 points from working 37.5 hrs a week for 10.5 months for example between Jan-Nov. Just trying to understand if the experience has to be 12 complete months.

The other question I have is regarding experience from two jobs within the same NOC B group but with different NOC Codes for example 6 months experience in 2271 and another 6 months in 2281. Only a week in between jobs and the transition between jobs within the same month.

The last question is how to answer the question regarding experience in the last 10 years in the Come to Canada tool shown below. Is the experience In Canada or Outside Canada. It is not specified on there.

Your comments will be much appreciated!
Regards

You have to work minimum of 1 year then you can calculate your hours

scenario 1(not qualified)- Somebody worked for 1 year but worked for 1540 i.e less than 1560 hours then he has to wait for the completion of 20 hrs next year.
scenario 2(not qualified)- Somebody like you worked for 1575 hours but have not completed minimum criteria of 1 year(not matters if you crossed the limit of minimum 1560 hours) you still have to wait for another 1.5 months
scenario 3(qualified)- sombody worked for 1 year and more than 1560 hrs, that person is qualified to apply for CEC.

Hope this will help...
