I have 2 questions and I need help plz

I got ITA under PNP program.
In my check list I have to upload proof of fund do I still need to upload it if I am currently employed in Canada with full time job offer, could pay stubs, job offer letter and explanation letter be enough?

I did already medical test to change condition in my work permit and the result was uploaded to CIC website , do I have to go for medical test again or that one could be enough
