EE BCPNP Process is more late than normal pnp

Hi guys , I am just wondering if this is happening with someone else too,
So I got pnp acknowledgement mail in October, 2014, file no 62** and then I changed my normal pnp to EEBCPNP in last week of August, 2015,, it's been more than 14 months since I applied as normal pnp and 3 months as EE BCPNP , my other friends with normal pnp got pnp approval way before time some got within 12 months( applied way after my file)
And some with EEBCPNP got within 8 weeks,(applied in same time like me, almost same case of mine) it's like I could get bc nomination fast if it was a normal pnp and not an Express entry bcpnp,
I asked bcpnp and they said its in queue to process,
Any help and advise will be much appreciated,

I guess we are in the same boat. We have applied last December and did our addendum in July 2015 but still no news. My husband called them and they told us that we are in the queue and it will take 12-14 months. .
