Hi, I'm holding a 3 year PGWP after graduation. The expiry date is July, 2025. I got my BCPNP nominee with the help of my current company in Nov 2023 and EE invitation in Dec 2023. The whole process is still in progress and i'm stuck in the bg check. Recently, there might be some chance that my current company will start to lay off people. I'm really worried. I need some advice on how would I do if i get laid off. Can I transfer the nominee eligibility to some other employer to continue to wait without re-starting every process? I don't have enough time to restart the whole thing as my PGWP is expiry at July 2025.
