I have a question concerning the name discrepancy mostly due Passport office getting my name incorrectly in Passport as Sagar Kumar Sushil (Sushil being my Dad's name). My name per National ID( Aadhar) is S Sagar Kumar which I also provided as proof during Passport application(which is mentioned in the Passport application appointment form).
In day to day life I tend to omit the initial 'S'. So even though I have provided Passport as ID proof for TCF Exam registration, I registered (on the web form) as Sagar Kumar and so Sagar Kumar is also the name in the results document. Please note I had the passport with me during the exam as well.
It's the same in for work reference letter and payslip where I had provided my National ID as proof at work.
In this instance, would a Letter of Explanation (LoE) along with notarized affidavit for the names suffice?
Secondly, I noticed we can only upload single file in each section of the application. So if I got include the TCF exam registration email / national ID / the passport appointment form along with LoE do I add it as part of same pdf? I would ideally prefer having option to upload eml file(for TCF registration) for authenticity.
