Hi. I got invitation 75 cut off score. My score is 464 with LMIA (50 points) and 2 years of canadian experience.
I studied business management. I have one year of service admin experience and 1 year experience as a cook ( 5 months/7 months from different restaurants).
LMIA got just approved in January as a cook position. However I want to quit this job and just go with 1 year of service admin experience as it'll be hard to prove work experience as a cook. I understand my score will be lower but it'll be still above the cut off score. If i don't claim the lmia 50 points and just provide 1 year of experience would that be ok? What can I say on LOE that my score when I got ITA is different from after I got ITA? could it be a reason my PR might get rejected?
