• Could anyone please let me know if there are any minimum educational requirements or pre-requisites to apply for Canadian PR, and if yes, – are there any attestations or sort of things that are required to do to do on certificates. Please advise, thanks.

You need to have your educational certificates be evaluated either by World Education System (WES) or IQAs to know it's equivalency to Canadian standards.
