I hope you are all well.
I had applied to get my educational qualifications evaluated through WES. I engaged the services of an educational services consultant to procure and send my credentials to WES. Upon receipt of my credentials, WES wrote to Inform me that the documents were forged as the University responded to them saying that the documents did not originate from them as such my account has been closed and they would not process any document from me.
The same documents had been evaluated by another qualifications agency in South Africa (South African Qualifications Agency - SAQA) and provided a valuation certificate which I used to gain admission for my PhD studies.
I have written and appealed to WES for an opportunity to re-evaluate the documents with the SAQA evaluation certificate as a proof.
Please I would be glad if anyone with similar experience can advice on what step to follow.
