What will be the expected method of educational assessment for Doctors ?
One of my friends has done his MBBS (called MD there) from State University, Yerevan, Armenia in 1997. Has been working since then with reputed hospitals. Has done many Emergency Diplomas and other such small duration courses related to Emergency medicine.
He wishes to migrate to Canada. Whom shall he approach for educational assessment for Doctors ?
What is the expected procedure and time taken ? Will he be able to finish this educational assessment for Doctors by that time ?? He missed the bus last year, got late and category was capped by his time.
