educational loan for study

am planning to take admission in sheridan college for sept 2013 intake.but education loan is a problem for me.banks refusing me by saying we can't give loan for 1 year PG course.
total fees is 786592 INR(16736 CDN) and expenses for 1 year is 470000 INR(10000 CDN).
is it applicable if i pay my first semeater fees from other source and take loan of 7.5 lacs
or
loan of 7.5 lacs and another loan of 4.5 lacs
or
pay fees from loan 7.5 and show 4.5 lacs liquid

please please guide me .
