Hi,

Is it required to provide ECA for both bachelor's and master's degrees?
The university That I got my bachelor's degree from, is providing a sealed verification of my documents but is not posting them by mail to ICES for assessment purposes. Is it possible to take the sealed verified documents and send them through mail myself?

If there's a post office near your university vicinity (same postcode) mail it from there. Use your university address for the post.
