Educational Credential Assessment - Pls help

Hi,

I plan to apply for Canadian PR under the "express entry". Need clarity on the documents to be submitted for ECA to WES.
My educational qualification is B.Com.

1. Is Transcript mandatory ?
2. Are individual year wise mark sheets required, which are attested & in sealed envelope ?
3. My 2nd year & 3rd year exams were by Pune university, 1st year was conducted by college, do I need to submit transcript for 1st year too?

1. Yes it is mandatory
2. Not required
3. Just ask for transcript from your University...not to worry who conducted the exam.

Not every university provides transcripts. Some universities attest photocopies of mark sheets and degree certificate and enclose in a sealed envelope and give it to applicants.

My university provided attested photocopies of marksheets in a sealed envelope which I sent to WES. I got the positive assessment.

What is diploma supplement or indeks in documents ?
Statement of graduation is same as transcript/ degree certificate?
