Educational Credential Assessment for express entry

Hi all,
This is Moiz, I am Microbiologist working in USA and I am plan to apply for Express Entry to join my girlfriend in Calgary. I did my PhD in United States in Biological Sciences and I did my Masters and Bachelors in Microbiology from India. My question is the following:
1. Will it be ok if I just assess my Phd degree for my Express entry application? (As getting my Masters and Bachelors degree documents from India's University for assessment is long and tedious process)
2. Out of the agencies listed by the CIC that do Education Credential Assessment, which one is the fastest and hassle free agency?

I think WES is fine. You can do assessment for your US degree separately and other two Indian degrees separately. Do both simultaneously. Once you got the US degree assessed you can start the express entry process. When you get the Indian degree assessed, you can upload it on the later stage. When you have multiple degrees you can get more points which is very handy and useful to get higher PR success rate.

Even after submitting and uploading all the documents & got your AOR, you can easily upload the other assessment as a Case specific with an explanation letter. Please do not lose any opportunity for gaining more and more points.

WES is fast.

Theoretically it should be Ok just get only your PhD assessed. It WILL give you the maximum points available. However if you choose to get the MSc and BSc assessed make sure you do them in one application as then you'd only be paying for one application.

Avstools - I have a question for you, if you have a moment to read and answer:

I completed my Bachelors degree (4 years) and got my ECA for it. However, I also did a Post Graduate diploma in finance while working (1 year course).

I have not claimed any points for the diploma. If I do claim ploints under " A three-year or more certificate, diploma, or degree PLUS any of the results in the sections below (not including secondary/high school)" then my points will shoot upto 473 (currently sitting at 440).
