Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) for Express Entry

Hello all,

this forum is helping me a lot but still I could not find accurate information regarding to topics below:

I have Mechanical Engineering diploma in non-english language. I learnt that I need to send a copy of original diploma in my language and a copy of english translated diploma.

• Can I simply get a copy of non-english original diploma from university with "Same as original stamp" OR Do I need to get a copy of non-english original diploma in my language from Notary and to get it certified for 8 Euro?
  
• Can I request from my university to give me English diploma signed by student affairs OR Do I need to get original diploma translated at Notary for 25 €?

I have non-Thesis Masters of Science (Engineering Management).

• Does it count as regular masters degree altough it is non-thesis?
