Educational Credential Assesment

I have both master degree and bachelor from Sri Lanka. And my wife has a bachelor degree

Question is in order to maximize score under express entry program, please advise me,

First, if it is better to make evaluation my master as well as bachelor degrees)? Can the evaluation of my bachelor degree earn any extra score while I have master degree? Or I will be given score only for my master degree as it is the highest qualification of mine, therefore evaluation of Bachelor degree is worthless?

Second, what about my Wife degree? Will the evaluation of her degree make any extra score?

1) Just Highest degree is sufficient. Assessing MAsters+Bachelor won't give you more points than Masters alone.
2)Spouse can give you 10 extra points for education if she has ECA. Not negligible.

And BTW, which institution is better for ECA in terms of timing (importantly), responsiveness, and flexibility for correspondence of documents.

Hi I have a (Indian) CA Inter ( atC) certificate. Does anyone know if WEs evaluates it ? Has anyone had their assessment for the same done .

I have already given documents for my bachelors degree for assessment.

WES works fine, assuming all your paperwork is in order.
