Hi
I have done Masters in Electrical Engineering from UK...
I should go for WES or IQAS.?
For bachelors I have to visit university or Higher Education Commission?
Furthermore do I need to send matric and inter docs for assessment?

It's your choice but I prefer IQAS.

Matric and fsc are not required for IQAS. I don't know the process for wes
