I am new here to Canada Express Entry. Apologies if the question is very basic and thanks for your understanding. The first step I am taking is to receive the Educational Assessment. Could you please advise me which one is easiest and fastest to get assessment done?

Thank you Keebs... For educational assessment, should the Degree Certificate and Marksheet be sufficient or should we even submit Transcript from the University. I do not see any requirement in WES site to submit Transcript

Official sealed transcript from university is only what you need to send them. It is clearly mentioned on their website.
