Hi,
I only entered PhD for my educational history and only get WES certificate for my PhD. However I also have Bachelor and Master degrees (but no WES report for them). In the section that I need to upload my education records do I need to include Master and Bachelor degree even though it is not even mentioned in my educational history?
Or Can I just upload the WES report plus PhD certificate and transcripts?

You should mention your PhD details in your 'Education records' section and submit your PhD docs in the same section.

Rest of your education details, i.e. Master's & Bachelor's should be in the 'Personal history' section. You don't need to submit any proofs for that, if you are not going to claim points for it.

Yes I think that make sense. I already have those in my activities in personal history section.
