Education points for private bachelors degree from pakistan

Hi,
one of my friend got her bachelors degree from a recognized university from pakistan but she appeared for the examination as a private candidate.His husband is the principal applicant.is she going to get points for her bachelor degree or not.Will cic accept her qualification as she appeared as a private candidate.i would appreciate any expert opinion.
